Elegant opal and diamond earrings, with graceful teardrop shapes echoed throughout. 14k white gold drops are paved with little white diamonds. Slightly smaller teardrop opals are bezel set within the gold drops, creating a hint of negative space. The white opals smolder with prismatic color. The dangles hang from tops shaped like inverted teardrops, the tops are easy to wear posts. Delicate milgrain engraving frosts the white gold, enhancing the cool glitter of the earrings. Wonderful bridal earrings, and the perfect gift for an October baby. Circa 1980.
