A delightful pair of 1980s Victorian Revival ear bobs of silver gilt set with amethyst and pearl. The quatrefoil shape of the bobs is timeless; a square cut amethyst is set at its center, with grooved bosses at the cardinal points and small baroque pearls set at the ordinal points. The earrings hang from graceful French wires. Amethyst and pearl are a romantic combination, a wonderful option for bridal earrings. Circa 1980.
